End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs use of the NexStudio AMXX desktop program on nexstudio-amxx.com. By installing, opening, or using the program, you accept this EULA, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Ownership and nature of the license

The NexStudio AMXX software is owned by NexStudio AMXX. Copyright (c) 2026 NexStudio AMXX. It is private and closed-source: it is licensed, not sold. Except as this EULA or applicable law expressly allows, you do not acquire ownership of the program, its source code, trademarks, documentation, or infrastructure.

2. License to use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NexStudio AMXX according to the active plan on your account: Free, Premium, Pro, or Programmer. Plan limits (including AI token use) are those shown on the site or in the program at any given time.

3. Prohibited uses

  • Copying, reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the program.
  • Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the program, except where mandatory law allows it.
  • Bypassing plans, limits, or token charging.
  • Extracting or misusing keys, secrets, or the service’s internal API.
  • Sharing accounts or transferring access to others.
  • Using the program to cause harm, abuse, or illegal activity.

4. Your Pawn / .sma code

Pawn / .sma code you create with NexStudio AMXX — both with Chat IA and in Open Source (Código abierto) mode — belongs to you. That code is governed by the MIT License published on this site.

5. Open Source (Código abierto) mode

If you enable Open Source mode, you are responsible for your own API key, your provider’s costs and limits, and compliance with that provider’s terms. NexStudio is not liable for charges, blocks, or failures of that provider.

6. Privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. In your account you can choose the User privacy option (for example, whether original .sma files are uploaded).

7. No warranty

The program is provided “AS IS”, without express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated code will compile or be fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NexStudio is not liable for lost profits, data loss, server downtime, defective plugins, AI errors, or indirect damages. Total liability related to a paid plan is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Suspension and termination

NexStudio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this EULA, the Terms, or other service rules, or for abuse, fraud, or security risk.

10. Updates and payments

Updates may change features, requirements, or limits. Payments, cancellation, and refunds follow the Terms and Conditions: refunds are not guaranteed once a paid period has been activated, except where consumer law in your country requires it, or if we cannot deliver the paid service.

11. Acceptance

Using the program means accepting this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

NexStudio AMXX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Counter-Strike, or the official AMX Mod X project. It is a third-party tool for creating Pawn / AMXX plugins.
