Privacy Policy

This policy explains what NexStudio AMXX (nexstudio-amxx.com) collects, why, and how you can delete your account. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Data we store

  • Account: username, email, password hash (never the plain password), plan, plan status and dates, and token balance. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and name, never your Google password.
  • Sessions and security: IP address, browser or app type and dates of your web and app sessions, plus sign-in and download logs, for security and abuse control.
  • Support: name, email, subject and messages from forms and tickets, plus a technical IP for abuse control.
  • Payments: plan, billing cycle, amounts, invoices (PDF) and Stripe identifiers (never your full card number). Card payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose PayPal, we store the PayPal email you confirm and the payment ticket.
  • AI chat and plugins: your Pawn AI Chat conversations, the .sma files you attach or generate, and your request history. They are kept on your PC and a copy on our servers (website and file server), so you can open them from another computer and so we can enforce plan limits. Do not paste passwords, server RCON or other people’s personal data.
  • Notices: service notices shown on the website and in the app, staff messages sent to your email, and whether you have read each notice.
  • Servers: if you register a CS 1.6 server, its public details (name, IP, port, mode, links) and the public information it returns when queried (map and online players).

2. AI providers

NexStudio’s AI features (Pawn AI Chat, compile-error fixes and plugin generation) use third-party AI providers through a compatible API. The text of your request and, if you attach it, your .sma code are sent to that provider to get a reply, under its own terms. In the desktop app the request goes from your PC to the provider; on the website it goes through our processing server. Do not send passwords, RCON or personal data in prompts.

All code and assistance are generated with AI specialized in Pawn / AMXX. That processing is required to deliver the product.

2.1 Open source mode (your own API)

If you turn on Open source mode, the API key, provider, model and base URL you choose are stored only on your PC, in the app’s local settings. They are not sent to our servers. In this mode, AI requests go directly from your PC to the provider you configured (for example Google Gemini, OpenAI / ChatGPT or another compatible provider). That provider handles your data under its own terms and privacy policy. Keep your key safe: anyone with access to your PC could use it.

2.2 CS 1.6 Monitor

The CS 1.6 Monitor runs only on your PC: it reads your cstrike folder and the .sma open in the editor. Those files are not sent to our servers.

2.3 Notices and notifications

We may show you service notices on the website and in the app (updates, maintenance, plan changes). We record whether you have read each notice so we don’t show it again.

3. We do not sell information

We do not sell personal data. We do not rent email lists. We may share data only with the processors we need to run the service (hosting, file server, email, payments through Stripe and PayPal, Google sign-in and third-party AI providers), when required by law, or to protect the service against fraud and attacks.

4. Cookies

We use a language cookie (ns_lang) and a session cookie to keep you signed in and to store a CSRF token. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Your browser can delete cookies; if you do, you will have to sign in and pick the language again.

5. Retention

Account data stays until you ask for deletion or the account is closed for terms violations. Support messages are kept as needed to handle the ticket and for a reasonable security archive. AI logs may be rotated or anonymized after a period still to be defined in the desktop app.

6. How to delete your account

Email support@nexstudio-amxx.com from the same address on the account, subject “Delete account”. We will delete or anonymize personal data that is not required by law (for example, invoices) within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. Forum accounts at /Forum are separate: delete them from the forum or ask in the same message.
