Terms
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 9 October 2026.
These terms govern the use of the website nexstudio-amxx.com, the NexStudio AMXX desktop software, related accounts, and the Pawn AI Chat. By creating an account, downloading the software, or using the service, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use NexStudio.
1. Who we are and what NexStudio is
NexStudio AMXX is a third-party desktop IDE / tool to create, edit and compile Pawn / AMX Mod X plugins for Counter-Strike 1.6. It is not a game, not a game server, and not an official Valve, Counter-Strike or AMX Mod X product.
NexStudio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Counter-Strike, or the official AMX Mod X project. Names of games and third-party software are mentioned only to describe compatibility.
2. Your responsibility for plugins
You are solely responsible for plugins, scripts and files you create, generate, compile, download, publish or install on any server. That includes damage to a server, bans, lost data, player complaints, and violations of a community’s rules.
Generated plugins are your responsibility. NexStudio does not operate your CS 1.6 server and does not supervise how you use the output.
3. Prohibited use of the AI and the software
- Do not use the AI or the software to create illegal content, malware, cheats intended to defraud, or tools to attack third-party systems.
- Do not try to hack NexStudio, scrape or abuse the API, bypass plan limits, share or resell keys, accounts or access tokens.
- Do not reverse-engineer the service to steal models, prompts or infrastructure beyond what applicable law allows.
Open source mode: in this mode you use your own account and API key from an external AI provider (for example Google Gemini or OpenAI / ChatGPT). You are responsible for that key, its costs and limits, and for following that provider’s terms. NexStudio is not liable for charges, blocks or outages of third-party services.
4. AI can fail
The Pawn AI Chat may produce incorrect, incomplete or invented code (wrong natives, bad syntax, unsafe logic). We do not guarantee that code will compile on the first try, nor that it is fit for production. Always review, compile and test before putting a plugin on a live server.
All code and assistance are generated with AI specialized in Pawn / AMXX. That does not make the output error-free.
5. Accounts
You must provide accurate data and keep your password secret. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or these terms. One person may not mass-create accounts to drain AI credits.
Each account can have at most 2 devices or active sessions at the same time (the limit may change). When you sign in on a new one, the oldest sessions are closed automatically.
6. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Current plans, prices and limits are always the ones shown on the pricing page and may change without this text changing. A local-currency equivalent (for example MXN) may appear at checkout. Each plan includes an amount of AI tokens that resets every week; unused tokens do not roll over.
Paid plans are charged in USD by card through Stripe and activate when payment is confirmed. You can also pay with PayPal: the price may differ because of PayPal fees, and the plan is activated once staff confirms the payment. To cancel, use your account dashboard or email support@nexstudio-amxx.com before the next cycle. Refunds are not guaranteed once a paid period has been activated, except where consumer law in your country requires it, or if we cannot deliver the paid service.
7. Intellectual property
You keep your source (.sma), compiled plugins (.amxx) and original content that you create. NexStudio keeps the software, website, trademarks, models, prompts and documentation. A paid plan is a license to use the product, not a sale of the source code of NexStudio.
Do not copy Valve or official AMXX branding into commercial materials as if NexStudio were official.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
The NexStudio AMXX desktop program is private and closed-source: it is licensed, not sold. Use of the software, prohibitions (copying, reverse engineering, bypassing plans or tokens, sharing accounts), ownership of your Pawn/.sma code under the MIT License, Open Source (Código abierto) mode, privacy, and the lack of warranty are detailed in the End User License Agreement (EULA). By installing or using the program, you accept that EULA together with these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, server downtime, corrupted plugins, AI errors, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update means acceptance, unless a law says otherwise.
10. Legal contact

11. Shop: bosses and mods
The NexStudio shop sells digital content for Counter-Strike 1.6 (AMXX bosses and mods). Each product's price, status (available or coming soon) and description are the ones shown on its shop page at any given time. Products marked coming soon cannot be purchased yet.
No refunds: all shop sales are final, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise. In return, if a purchased boss or mod does not work as shown, NexStudio fixes it: we provide support and publish a corrected update at no cost. Email support@nexstudio-amxx.com or open a ticket from your account.
Purchases are tied to your NexStudio account. Files can only be downloaded from your account through temporary links; do not share your access. If you pay with PayPal, payment is handled manually through a ticket, the price includes the PayPal fee, and access is activated once staff confirms the payment. You must accept these terms before buying.
